Welcome to The Sports Esquires! A new blog offering a different take on all the sports that you love. We will be exploring all the activity that happens off the field; from TV deals to lawsuits, and everything in-between; our writers will explain, analyze, dissect, and inform you about everything going on behind the scenes in your favorite sport.
Our staff is comprised of seven law school classmates, all with a passion for the intersection of sports and the law. Each author will focus on a different sport, but will occasionally contribute to others as well. Our goal is to provide an informative, sophisticated, but also fun and low-key look at current events in the sports-law world. We would also like to encourage friendly debate, so go ahead and comment on posts that interest you and we will do our best to respond.
