Jean-Luc graduated magna cum laude from Tulane Law School in 2012 and received a BA in Public Policy from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan in 2009 . He currently is a staff attorney, working in corporate governance, for a large energy company in Northern Virginia.
