Down Goes Brady: The NFL Scores a Huge Victory in Deflategate

Once again New Yorkers have dealt Tom Brady a defeat, only this time the loss wasn’t in a Super Bowl, but a courtroom. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit handed Roger Goodell his long-awaited victory. In a 2-1 decision, the panel reversed Judge Berman's decision that had vacated Tom Brady's suspension.
